This is a French handmade soufflé and mille-feuille specialty store located in Hsinchu. To reflect the smooth elegance of soufflés and the delicate layers of mille-feuille, the design concept revolves around the dual ideas of ‘curves’ and ‘layering,’ which overlap and blend to form the spatial foundation. The surfaces are treated with handcrafted techniques, using a special cream-like textured paint applied through fine troweling and smoothing, creating a delicate, elegant finish with rich, natural internal textures. The classic goose yellow of the soufflé is incorporated as an accent throughout the space, ensuring that every visitor experiences the refined, graceful, and beautiful essence of the brand.
